About Agri Tracking Systems

Built in the Central Valley, for California agriculture

Most farm software is written in a lab somewhere else. Ours wasn't. Agri Tracking Systems was developed here in California by people who work in the field — for the compliance programs California growers and dairies actually face.

Our story

Agri Tracking Systems began in 2013, providing Dairy General Order compliance tracking to help operators streamline the record-keeping behind their annual reports. We are one of five privately developed programs approved by the Regional Water Quality Control Board (Region 5) to generate Dairy General Order annual reports.

When the Irrigated Lands Regulatory Program (ILRP) arrived, we extended the same platform to farm water compliance — grower records, nitrogen management, sampling, and coalition reporting. Today Agri Tracking Systems spans farm management, dairy and ILRP compliance, mapping, sampling, and reporting, with a mobile app that captures field data where the work happens.

How we build

  • Developed by actual PCAs, CCAs, and field supervisors — not a computer lab in another country.
  • Programming kept in-house, so the software evolves with California's regulatory programs.
  • Designed to eliminate the re-entry of field notes into the office, and spreadsheets into reports.
  • Built around water-usage tracking, mapping, and reporting that California agriculture uniquely needs.
