ATS Mobile Application

This Privacy Policy also applies to ATS Mobile, the Android mobile application published on Google Play under package name com.atsmobile.ATSv4. ATS Mobile is operated by United Tracking Systems under the Agri Tracking Systems brand. It supports authorized customers in recording, viewing, and managing farm and compliance information.

Information ATS Mobile Handles

ATS Mobile handles information that you or your organization provide through the application, including:

  • Account and authentication information, such as your email address, user profile, and the organization or client account assigned to you.
  • Farm operations and compliance records, including ranch, field, crop, inspection, event, map, equipment, and report information.
  • Photos and other files that you choose to capture or attach to a record. The app stores these files on your device until they are synchronized with your authorized ATS account.
  • Precise location when you choose to use a location-based feature, such as centering a map, recording a field observation, locating a photo, or capturing a field boundary. ATS Mobile does not collect location while the app is closed or when you are not actively using a location feature.
  • A contact that you explicitly select when using the contact-picker feature. ATS Mobile does not request your full contacts list for this feature.
  • Voice input and the resulting text when you choose to use dictation for an inspection or other record. Microphone and speech-recognition permissions are requested only when you use that feature.

How ATS Mobile Uses and Shares Information

United Tracking Systems uses this information to authenticate you, provide the selected ATS Mobile features, maintain and synchronize your records, generate reports, provide support, and protect the service.

Information is synchronized with the ATS service at my.agritrackingsystems.com for your authorized account. It may be available to the organization that administers that account and to users that organization authorizes. A record is shared outside your organization only when you use an in-app sharing feature or otherwise direct us to share it.

We may also use service providers that host, secure, or support the service, and disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect users, the service, or the public. We do not sell personal information or use the information collected by ATS Mobile for advertising.

Your Choices and Retention

You can decline optional device permissions; features that require the declined permission will not be available. You can remove locally stored photos and files from the app or your device. Records synchronized to an ATS account are retained according to the customer relationship and applicable legal, regulatory, or operational recordkeeping requirements.
